Course terms

The terms, in plain words

These terms apply when you buy ComfyUI From Zero, Parts 2 and 3, on this site. They are short on purpose. Nothing here takes away the rights consumer law gives you.

Short version
  • One payment of €29 through Stripe. No subscription.
  • You get the full course video and the course files right after paying.
  • Access starts right away, so the 14-day right to cancel ends once you have it. If something doesn't work, I fix it or refund you.
  • The course is for you: please don't share the link or the files.

Who are you buying from?

Stuubzzz Creative Studios, a one-person studio in Finland. Write to hello@stuubzzz.studio about anything to do with your purchase. The business details are on your Stripe receipt.

What do you get?

  • The full course video: Parts 1, 2 and 3 as one unlisted YouTube video, just over 10 hours, with a chapter for every module. Parts 2 and 3 are what you pay for; Part 1 is free for everyone.
  • The course files: a zip with the workflows, input files, scripts and slides of Parts 2 and 3.
  • The ComfyUI MCP part, when it is ready: free, by email. It is planned and not finished yet, and it has no date.

After you pay, Stripe takes you to your course page with the video link and the download. Bookmark it. If you lose it, email me from the address you paid with and I'll send it again.

Price and payment

The course costs €29, paid once. Stripe handles the payment on its own page, so I never see your card details. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content that you get straight away, that right ends when your access starts, as long as you agreed to that before paying. At checkout you tick a box to confirm two things: that you want access right away, and that you lose the right to cancel once the course is available to you.

If something doesn't work

If the video link, the course page or the files don't work for you, email me. I'll fix it, and if I can't, I'll refund you. This comes on top of your rights under consumer law if the course turns out to be faulty.

How you can use it

The course is for your own use. Please don't share the video link or the course page, re-upload the videos, or sell or give away the course files. Use the workflows and everything you learn in your own projects, personal or commercial. The models and custom nodes the workflows load are made by other people under their own licences, so check those before you use the results commercially.

Getting it through Patreon

Members of the Studio tier on Patreon get the full course as part of their membership. Patreon handles that payment under its own terms; for the course itself, these terms apply in the same way.

Changes to the course

I may fix or improve the course and its files over time. The video is hosted on YouTube as an unlisted video. If it ever has to move, I'll email everyone who bought the course with the new link.

Responsibility

The course shows you how to install and run software on your own computer. Follow the steps with care and keep backups of your work. I'm not responsible for lost data or damage to your system, except where the law says otherwise.

If we disagree

Write to me first; most things can be sorted out by email. Finnish law applies, and you keep any protection that the law where you live gives you. Consumers in Finland can also contact the Consumer Advisory Service at kkv.fi and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board at kuluttajariita.fi. In other EU countries, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help.
