It is a fixed-scope, fixed-price build that locks one character, mascot or spokesmodel into a pipeline your team runs without me. It starts at €4,500 and gives you a repeatable visual identity: the subject stays itself across stills and video.

Can you adapt a character we already have?
Yes. The character, mascot or spokesmodel can be designed from scratch or adapted from your existing IP.
Where does the pipeline run?
On your hardware or private cloud. You run it and you own it, so your prompts, references and IP stay inside your walls.
How is it different from a commission?
A commission is a one-off asset, such as a LoRA, a sheet, a short movie or an image pack, from €50. The Brand Character System is the pipeline itself: a trained LoRA, a ComfyUI workflow, a prompt-assistant and a handover, so your team makes on-brand stills and video in-house.
What happens after the handover?
Your team runs and extends the engine on its own. When you want more volume, you can move to a production retainer or an agency white-label.
